The Melasti Beach Resort is a near beachfront hotel spread over 2 hectares of tropical gardens. The hotel has two distinct types of accommodation. The original rooms are built in two storey buildings set in the garden nearby the beach. The new rooms, close to the lobby are built around the hotels O-shaped pool which in itself is unique as the water will float you around in a clockwise direction, perfect for those lazy Sunday afternoons. The superior and suite rooms are all spacious and comfortable. The newer rooms are of course more modern in design and facilities. Both the old and new rooms have advantages and some of those that frequently stay at the Melasti often opt for the old rooms. The suite rooms have a semi-screened off living room which make it handy for families of 2 adults and 2 children who want to share one room.
